HR 2015… ENDA … Employment Non Discrimination Act 2007

ENDA is up for a House vote this week.  It threatens constitutional rights
…prevents businesses from hiring the employees who best meet their business
…creates special federal protected status on the basis of “sexual orientation” & ”gender identity”
…forces private businesses to accommodate homosexual activists’ attempts to legitimize homosexual behavior
…opens the door for men to use women’s restrooms and for male teachers to cross [...]

The revised SCHIP still covers provisions that need to be eliminated

Here are just some of what  the revised ”Children’s Health Care Bill still covers:
…benefits for illegals
…persons over 18 …adults
…translation costs
…fast track eligibility process
…weakened document requirements
…still up to 300% above poverty
…”way too much” of an increase in spending to cover these costs.
… still dependent on regressive tobacco taxes

Legislators … the Mexican trucking pilot program
