also, see below for HELP needed to finish email list for their staff. The staff names come from http://www.legistorm.com (staff saleries by name)and need to be formatted for emailing. Please email a copy back to me for distribution (we will not use your email address in mailings). The names have to be in the style of First Name.(period)Last Name and add @mail.house.gov and put in a common after each name for easy cut and paste to email.The current list is in last name first name style. 1. go to each name and delete the dot 2. look over and type in the first name add a period and shift over past the last name and delete the rest. 3. when you are done cleaning up all the names –go back and add to each @mail.house.gov,
4. Copy and paste this list to your email BCC and save. Go back to this draft and the emails should now be in a big block that can be easily be sent to others and us of course. Thanks
PS the staff hate to get this emails because it blocks their daily business and they will complain to management (or their parents and friends) about the health care emails.
