Having dual nationality does not affect Natural Born Citizen status. Under US law, if you are born in the USA, your complete allegiance is to the USA.
Natural Born stems from the common law, in which it just meant “born in the country.” And that is why Obama received all the 365 electoral votes that he won on Nov 4. Not one elector went back on the vote, and not one member of Congress voted not to confirm the election.
