I demand you honor my reserved rights in common law and commerce which were created with IMPRESCRIPTIBILITY as mine and are inalienable, and unalienable in their entirety.
A property which is held in trust is imprescriptible, that is the trustee cannot acquire a title to it by prescription.
“IMPRESCRIPTIBLE” means “inalienable,” It means you are thrown immediately into the world of the Declaration of Independence and large realms of personal freedoms for which people fight revolutions to obtain. We fought one revolution to free ourselves from the tyranny of the King. We did not do this only to allow a new King, called Congress, to rule us.
You have presumed you have the prerogative of the King. Since 1933 you have failed in everything you have done except the destruction of liberty and freedom and creation of poverty and debt for the American people. You took our money of substance and our law. You declared the people to be the enemy of the United States government. You made us all bankrupts and debtors. You have shown you are incompetent and incapable of running a health care system for this nation. You can’t even run the country competently.
You took our property, and pledged our labor to a private foreign corporation for your debt. You have trashed the Constitution of the United States of America and usurped authority to legislate in areas prohibited by limited delegated authority. There is no authority to legislate health care and Congress was expressly prohibited from creating government corporations to compete with private industry…..

A judge can tell you the constitution has no place in his courtroom, and you have no Constitutional rights, but would he dare tell you the Declaration of Independence is not welcome either?

There are over 450 million Americans who believe “Sovereignty resides in the people, it is one and indivisible, imprescriptible and inalienable.” Do you understand what this means?

We will not allow you to redistribute our wealth.
We will not die to support your national credit system.
The people agree to be governed under delegated authority.

If it was constitutional for Congress to legislate for health care and create federal bureaucracies to decide who lives or dies, we would have had it a very long time ago. The people did not delegate this authority to the national government for a reason.
On April 14, 1937, the Court of appeals for the First Circuit in Boston, Mass., declared the Social Security Act to be unconstitutional on a variety of grounds.It has to be voluntary. Anybody can drop out. Social Security is a government distribution of wealth scheme. Nowhere is the federal government authorized to tax money from one segment of the public and give it to another.
It is this authors opinion, based on past court rulings that national health care would not survive a Constitutional challenge.
