Sen. Mary Landrieu got the ” Louisiana Purchase .” Sen. Ben Nelson got the federal government to pick up most his state’s future Medicaid tab –forever.
As part of the deal to win Nelson’s support, the federal government will fund Nebraska ’s new Medicaid recipients. It’s a provision worth about $45 million over the first decade.

Nelson Agrees to Abortion Funding in at Least 13 States?

Harry Reid has released the manager’s amendment that Ben Nelson has reportedly agreed to vote for, meaning that the Senate bill has 60 votes. The abortion language includes the phony segregation of funding language that was rejected in the House. It would allow individual states to opt out of the abortion-funding program–in other words, the default position is to
pay for abortions; states would have to pass legislation to not fund abortions. But states where public abortion-funding is mandated by state court rulings would be required to pay for abortions:
”(1) NO PREEMPTION OF STATE LAWS REGARDING ABORTION.-Nothing in this Act shall be construed to preempt or otherwise have any effect on State laws regarding the prohibition of (or requirement of) coverage, funding, or
procedural requirements on abortions, including parental notification or consent for the performance of an abortion on a minor.
There are 13 states where the state supreme court has required public abortion funding according to this map from the ACLU (assuming it’s up to date). Four states have decided through their legislatures to pay for Medicaid abortions. So Ben Nelson is going to allow federal tax dollars to pay for abortions in California and New York ?

That Sonofabitch, Nelson, had the opportunity to expose the threat made to close down the base in return for his vote and he countered with his own gangsta demands. Kay B. Hutchison in Texas caved…maybe so she can get busy running for Governor in Texas ?
Playing fast and loose with our money, our future and our Freedom…and the whores are Republicans and Democrats. Wonder what Snowe is up to by now declining to vote for the bill…guess she thinks she gets a pass for what she did to advance the damn thing in the first place? Now she steps aside and lets Hutchison take some flack along with the ‘whore of the day’ Nelson? Next thing we’ll hear is Snowe will vote for the bill, BUT she got a payoff for her state as well. Are they all lining up behind those closed doors with their hands out? Disgusting and shameful.
I think I’m going to need a puke bucket strapped to my neck just to get through each day until the people of this country cop a clue and get busy REMOVING (bodily, if necessary) the criminals in our government. Our voices and votes don’t matter…election fraud, Illegal Regime installed without challenge to eligibility, total disregard and disrespect for the obvious majority of citizen’s wishes, open borders and amnesty for foreign invaders, neglect by our Judicial/investigative/enforcement agencies to prosecute known criminals in business and government…foreign troops amassing on our soil and for what?
Our choices? Refuse to pay a nickel in taxes and take over our government offices with solid law abiding citizens who can clean up the mess…? Income taxes have become a form of protection money…protection from the government which is spending it faster than it comes in for everything but that which it was intended in the first place.
Who the HELL agrees to the payoffs? Who is going to step up and say NO? We ask the corner drug dealer, the neighborhood gang member to walk away and denounce the gang and to expose them…what is the difference between that little guy and the gang members who hold Fiduciary offices in our Cities/States/Nation? He has to worry about going to jail and the whores in our government don’t?!
Once again…LOUD AND CLEAR…it is not wealthy, insured Republicans who are in opposition to the Socialism and Tyranny and Criminal activities rampant in America . I am a lifelong Republican who probably will not vote for a Republican or a Democrat…it doesn’t matter anymore. I’ll campaign for and vote for the citizen…not the career politician. I am devastated by the machinations of the lot of them. I am opposed to and will fight with my last breath even though I am permanently ill from corporate food poisoning and FDA complicity. I am financially ruined by Real Estate/Mortgage and related FRAUD and City Official complicity…along with Federal and Judicial malfeasance. I HAVE NO MEDICAL INSURANCE AND NO MONEY TO SEE A DOCTOR…I DON’T KNOW HOW I WILL COME UP WITH THE REST OF MY RENT FOR JANUARY OR SUBSEQUENT MONTHS…MY BUSINESS HAS BEEN CUT TO A MERE SHADOW OF WHAT IT WAS FOR THE PAST 18 YEARS BY MY INABILITY TO CONTINUE A CAREER IN OUTSIDE SALES PROPERLY DUE TO THE ILLNESS. Wealthy Republican? What a lie foisted upon the masses to explain our opposition. Pay taxes? With WHAT? How many more people are in my position through no fault of their own and being blamed for the ills of this country by the very people who committed the crimes, facilitated and enabled the crimes and pander to the criminals? Millions of innocent people have been damaged irreparably and the rest are being lied to and extorted for more tax dollars and votes. Leaders, fiduciary representatives, media and the complacent, apathetic idiots in our society are all part of the problem. How do I know the facts? Besides the obvious; government agencies and law enforcement have acknowledged specifics in my case and still do nothing.
Do I want the government to be my lord and saviour? Hell NO! I want them to prosecute the criminals…demand redress for the damage done by the fraud and poisoning…AND GET THE HELL OUT OF MY WAY so I can resume some semblance of my former independent life! How hard is it to get that? Fifty plus years on this planet and nothing to show for it but anger, illness, destruction and determination to use my last breath fighting for what is right.
I don’t want sympathy…this is not about whining and ranting for a moment’s personal satisfaction. This is a plea to the citizens of this country to step up and demand accountability and the right to conduct our lives with the system of laws and rights afforded in our Constitution.
Conspiracy ‘Theory’ my a$$. A duck is a duck is a duck.
