WHY is our Congress and Senate VOTING on any of these UnConstitutional bills?

It is very simple:  There is NO NEED for a VOTE, since all these are UnConstitutional:

Cap & Trade legislation Health Care reform Massive Stimulus spending Weakened National Defense Nationalizing private sector companies TRILLIONS of $$ in DEBT
THERE SHOULD BE NO DEBATE and NO VOTE - 
All are UnConstitutional and have no MERIT! – nor should be considered in any form!!
