Interesting…. so this mafia-organisation will now get a lot of taxpayer-money
Democrats will say: we tried, but we can’t do anything – we have to give them the money (and behind closed doors, they’ll have a party with the ACORN-thigs…)

I usually don’t get too excited about things right off the bat and take time to think about them but this just reflexively made me explode. I just saw on Fox news that a Federal District Judge Nina Gershon just put an injunction on the ability of the US Congress to cut off taxpayer funds from ACORN. She ruled that it was UNCONSTITUTIONAL for the US congress to pull the plug on funds to ACORN because it was “TARGETING a specific, individual group without a judicial or an administrative process adjucating guilt.” Well, what goes on now?  Because the Dems pulled the plug on the funds suddenly and didn’t conduct hearings on this in order to shove it under the carpet, the judge rules against it.  What do you think the possibility is of our esteemed AG actually appealing this?  I wonder. And will Congress ever officially hold hearings on this corrupt organization to satisfy the judge’s order?

I never swore at anything so much on the TV before. I usually never swear or cuss at anything. I usually have to be pretty upset before I go off and start cussing up a storm.  This just irritates me and I was set to find the phone number for this judge’s office and leave a nasty voice mail, but reason prevails and I’ve decided to ask any of you about your thoughts on this and if you have any insight as to what can be done.

Lee ADDS: This judge must be a Liberal with no thoughts of following the U.S. Constitution. Where does it say in the Constitution that any organization is entitled to our tax dollars?

Maybe the Tomas Moore Law frim or the ADF would sue.
