December 9, 2009, (LPAC)—When the “little queen’s” Trinidad Commonwealth speech inaugurated the new phase of systemic breakdown collapse on Nov. 27, launching a doomed drive for her empire to rule a post-nation state world using the Copenhagen climate fraud, her puppet, Barack Obama, launched his own bid for a dictatorship over the US, using the same Copenhagen climate fraud through the Environmental Protection Agency with its Dec. 7 “finding.” And some English patriots have taken the lead in exposing both.
In Berlin, on Dec. 4, EIR’s Stefan Tolksdorff asked British scientist Lord Christopher Monckton: “The Queen gathered 53 heads of state in Trinidad recently and made the strong point that the British Commonwealth should gain a global perspective through the Copenhagen Conference. What is this all about?”
Monckton answered: “This is the first time that her Majesty has spoken out of turn and against her constitutional requirement not to intervene into politics since she took the throne. This is a very sad day. I am a very loyal subject to her Majesty. She should not have said what she said. Of course one cannot ask her to withdraw it now that it has been said, but what one can ask is that she had better not ever say anything of that character again in one direction or another. That is not her place as a constitutional monarch. And she must remember that, or she will lose our loyalty, and then she will lose the throne.”
(No idle threat, coming from this source: it was Lord Monckton’s grandfather who arranged the 1936 abdication of the Queen’s uncle, Edward VIII.)
On the American side, Virginia Senator Webb, a Democrat, made a timid beginning, telling the Washington Times and others Dec. 7 on Capitol Hill, “I think we need to go back and look at the Supreme Court decision in which the EPA asserts that it has that authority, because it is a derived power based on legislation, and it is a limited power. I don’t think the administration can agree to anything, for instance, in Copenhagen on an endangerment finding that was based on one piece of legislation in a Supreme Court decision.”
But the sharpest exposure of what Obama has done came from another Englishman, Gerald Warner, writing in his blog for the Daily Telegraph Dec. 8, under the title, “Climategate: Barack Obama Rule by EPA Decree is a Coup D’Etat against Congress, Made in Britain.”
“Who needs tanks on the lawn when you have the Environmental Protection Agency?” Werner wrote. “Barack Obama’s use of the EPA to pressurize the Senate to pass his climate change Nuremberg Decrees shows his dictatorial mentality. He wants to override Congress, which is hostile to his climate gobbledegook because it is representative of the American electorate, and sideline the nation’s elected Senators by ruling by decree, courtesy of the EPA. This is a coup d’Ètat.
“But what is of compelling interest on this side of the pond,” he says, “is the way in which the bullets to shoot down American democracy were made in Britain. The trail is not hard to follow. When the EPA published its ‘Endangerment Finding’ on greenhouse gases and proposed rule, back in April, almost every paragraph of the text (Federal Register, April 24, 2009, pp 18886-18910) cited as authority the IPCC’s 2007 Report, which the Agency acknowledges it ‘relies on most heavily.’ And whence came the main input on climate change to that report?
“Yes, that’s right! You’ve got it: from Phil Jones, Michael Mann and the rest of the lads at the CRU, East Anglia. From the innovative, creative ’scientists’ who wanted to ‘beat the crap’ out of a climate change skeptic; who ‘just completed Mike’s Nature trick’; who ‘can’t account for the lack of warming at the moment and it is a travesty that we can’t'; who deleted e-mails in the interests of science; who tried to prevent publication of dissenters’ views; who coined the historic phrase ‘hide the decline.’”
He concludes, “That is the authority that is being invoked to overturn the principles of 1776 in the United States. The Protocols of the Elders of Norwich are the justification for EPA tyranny…. Obama hates America and, increasingly, that sentiment is being reciprocated. This is a socialist, World Government putsch. Have the American people the resolution to resist it? We shall soon know.”
“Yes, it’s fraud! It’s a fraud,” said Lyndon LaRouche. “The nasty little President committed a fraud! Because he listened to the little Queen again.
“It’s very serious if the President is trying to make law behind the back of the Congress, with dictatorial measures like this,” LaRouche continued. “This is getting toward really highly impeachable actions. That the policy is made in Britain, not in the United States, is also highly questionable. It may be an also-ran in a bill of impeachment. E.g.: ‘He has gone to foreign countries, to impose policies of foreign origin which have not gone through our legislative process.’
“The bastards have gotten completely out of control,” LaRouche concluded. “Now they’re going to get the treatment they deserve.”
