Recall hints of impeachment. Now, remember when that was last tried with any
kind of seriousness? Then we got a whole lesson of what “is” is…
As long as the Democrats control Congress there will be no impeachment and,
in all sincerity, no “recall.” It would be great if we could have a “vote of confidence”
as they have in other countries but this just calls into play more and more of the
same in deeper cycles. What is needed is to recall congresspeople once they
prove to go against the will of the people who elected them to represent us in
Congress. But, to really get their attention, we need to see them pass a law to
cancel all benefits for those who are recalled, not retirement, no insurance, nothing!
However, this law would have to be passed by the same rascals that vote themselves
a pay hike for a job not well done…
What are we to do? Maybe some genius can tell us but the fact that the genius got a
Nobel Prize will not be the determinant for whether he/she is a genius. No any more,
that is.
What must be done must be started at the local and state level since this is where
the change must be made first. At the root. Then we can begin to see changes at
the national level. Logic tells us this. Washington does not listen and will not hear us
who are John Q. Citizen, the people who gave them the power they flaunt in our faces.
We did not authorize them to become dictators but we did permit them to gain this
status through years of thinking they were honest and actually representing us. The
discipline to make things right will not come from above, in this case, no matter who
is elected, no matter who we trust because the entire system is corrupt. Children are
learning Liberalism and this seed is what has brought us to this party. From this, any
thinking and aware person can see that to get a new growth, the old growth has to be
culled and moved out.
Now, not all are corrupt. Look at the whole and you will see here and there a glimmer
of hope but even they are crippled by others in Congress who are quick to thwart any
move toward the Right.
As for those who say the Republicans had Congress for six years, that’s true. However,
remember that the Democrats caused them to falter. At every step the Democrats were
there to stop, hinder and divert until little got done.
Remember Tip O’Neil who was hysterical with glee when Bush I allowed Congress to
raise the taxes in order to get Congress to fund the war against Iraq in Kuwait? By all
who have any common sense it was not a “new” tax, just an enlargement of an old
tax but for O’Neil and the Democrats, it meant they could twist it into a win for them in
the form of a Bill Clinton… See how they can control the government even when they
are not in charge? And now we see them either ignoring the citizens or pretending that
what they are up to is more important and they just don’ t have time for us, the people
of this country.
You may think it’s bad but they are so adept at hiding things that I have no doubt that
it’s much worse than any of us can imagine.
The Devil’s in the details and the Great Pretender is hiding his face behind the ungodly
people in Congress. This is the explanation that explains all we see around us today.
And, another face of this pretender is in the form of Radical Islam where they kill their
wives, sisters and mothers while our leaders turn the eye to some other supposed
priority.
Yes, we can prepare ourselves for much worse things in the near future. Much worse!
