Eric Holder, America’s Attorney General, Obama’s lackey, has decided to hold trial for certain terrorists in Criminal Courts in New York City. His rationale for this inane act seems to be without an answer!

Look at it this way. How would you guarantee a ‘GUILTY’ verdict to be OVERTURNED?

We are providing Constitutional Rights to Detainees sworn to overthrow America and its Constitution. Why? Because Liberals of the Supreme Court think more of Liberalism than the lives of Americans.

But, back to the question of how Holder is guaranteeing the overturn of a ‘GUILTY’ verdict.

The U.S. Constitution says that any that are to be tried are, “Entitled to a jury of their peers.”

Peer: 1 : one that is of equal standing with another : equal; especially : one belonging to the same societal group especially based on age, grade, or status.

With that being made known just who will the jury consist of to fulfill this prerequisite? Will we be made to allow other Gitmo Detainees to be impaneled as a jury? It’s either that or seek other terrorists out and after transporting them to America swear them in!

Give me a break!

Any captured abroad that are charged with acts of war against America ought not be granted Rights that U.S. Citizens are granted under the U.S. Constitution and should be tried in a military venue. This is just ‘plain old’ common sense. I ask, shouldn’t we be entitled to a government that practices this? 

If Holder should seek to behind the phrase, ‘Declared War,’ know this, it was Al Qaeda that made known that they ‘Declared War’ on America YEARS prior to 9/11!
