Despite the US Census Bureau booting ACORN from the 2010 Census and severing all ties and despite the 11+ investigations into fraudulent ACORN forms,  and despite evidence of fraud with HUD, Fannie and Freddie,  and a request in writing by 28 senators — and the fact the U.S. Senate voted 83-7 on Sept. 14 to block ACORN from bidding for any more federal grant money — “Senate Democrat Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev, is refusing to hold a Senate hearing on ACORN’s activities.”

Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio  sent subpoenas to the local chapter and national headquarters of ACORN asking for a wide array of records he says will connect the organization to a racial profiling lawsuit he is challenging in federal court.   This information is needed to reveal that State and Federal funds are used in the lawsuit against Sheriff Joe

HR 2749  The New Food Act

(Bill in the Senate – passed House by  283 – Yes     142  -  No)

 

One power our Goverenment does have is to ensure that the food we eat is safe and free of harm to us.   This may change with HR2749, proposed by Rep Henry Eaxman, D-Los Angeles CA.  The bill will grant the Food and Drug Administration the power to regulate all farms and farm produce in an attempt to purge America’s farmland of E.coli 0157:h7, a lethal, food-borne bacteria.  (Try halting imports!)

 

Terms of the Bill:

• Crops must be grown in steril areas, surrounded by 450 foot buffers, so they are not exposed to other vegetation, runoff water, birds, beasts, or wildlife of any kind.
• To create steril farms, ponds will be poisoned; wetlands drained; and streams re-routed to safeguard the crops from untreated water.
• Trees will be bulldozed from agricultural corridors to protect the fields from bird droppings and fields will be lined with poison-filled tubes to kill rodents.
• All children under five will be prohibited from stepping foot on farmland or tilled soil for fear of leaking diapers.
• A crow landing in a cornfield will mandate the destruction of the entire corn crop.

Sounds Crazy?   CA has implemented such protocols known as Leafy Green Marketing Agreement by agribusiness resulting in the destruction of vast tracts of verdant farmland, intended to end many family farmers.

A field worker told the San Francisco Chronicle reporter that “On one field where a deer walked through, did not eat anything, 30 feet of crop on either side of his tracks was annihilated.      (Editor:   Sapulpa Herald Newspaper)

CAP AND TRADE      H.R. 2454

Only the United States Senate stands in the way of what the Wall Street Journal calls “the biggest tax in American history” strong-armed the  American Clean Energy and Security Act of 2009 (also known as “Cap-and-Trade”) through the House of Representatives.

According to the Heritage Foundation:

“national energy tax” could cost you “nearly $3,000 per household per year”  -   “put millions of Americans out of work” as jobs are shipped overseas or lost outright.

President Obama admitted that with“Cap-and-Trade” “electricity rates would necessarily skyrocket.”

According to Pioneer Press:    “Last week, the American Clean Energy and Security Act  or H.R. 2454, went from  946 pages long to 1,201 pages with no explanatios.”   Then on the day of the vote, Pelosi-led Congress added another 255 pages (which no one has read) then passed this massive  “national energy tax” at 7:16 PM (EST).

The White House declined to comment on a letter that Rep Mark Kirk -  Illinois Republican send to President Obama demanding that he cancel funding for two $200,000 State Department grants to groups belonging to Libyan dictator Moammar Gadhafi’s children.

(The State Department (Hillary)  notified the House Appropriations Committee on Sept. 15 of its intent to provide the foundation belonging to the Libyan dictator’s son, Saif, with a $200,000 and an additional $200,000 to Wa’ettasmeno UNDP Foundation run by his daughter, Aisha.)

“Last month, Abel Baset al-Megrahi, the only man convicted in the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 was greeted by Gadhafi,” Kirk wrote “Just weeks after the Gadhafi family celebrated the return of a terrorist for the murders of 189 Americans, the U.S. taxpayer should not be asked to reward them with $400,000. For the sake of the victims’ families who have endured so much pain these last few weeks, I ask you to withdraw your Administration’s request.”

“It directly flies in the face of Obama administration comments condemning the release of Megrahi, and it is a wildly inappropriate use of United States taxpayer funding,” Kirk said.

            Last fall America stood stunned as it witnessed the largest corporate bankruptcy in history – (Lehman Brothers), the largest insurance company failure in history (AIG), and the largest corporate seizure in the history of finance (Fannie and Freddie).

Politicians, business leaders and military planners alike are about to be stunned by Europe’s sudden rise to prominence.  The international balance of power is shifting, new alliances taking shape, economic systems challenged, quite possibly birthing the reunification in Europe.

Europe blames America for wrecking the global economy.  German Chancellor Merkel and French President Sarkozy agree “It is America’s fault and now the world has to deal with it.”    Pope Benedict XVI joined the chorus, calling for a new world financial order independent of the U.S.

During the G-20 economic summit last November, the world’s most powerful economies quietly signed over their sovereign rights to regulate their own economies.  A new overeaching international body charged with preventing future economic accidents, the Financial Stability Board (FSB) will trump national law.   Any bank wanting to conduct business with a G-20 member must comply with the FSB guidelines.

A new regulatory body with vast power over EU national; an European Banking Authority in London; a European Insurance Authority in Frankfurt; and a European Securities Authority in Paris with all 3 reporting to Brussels.    The European Central Bank – much like America’s Federal Reserve Bank creates money and is dominated by Germany with Eastern European states (as well as Sweden, Austria, Greece and other countries) now incredibly indebted to the German-run European Central Bank.    What this means is that the nations of Eastern Europe, by accepting both the European Central Bank loans and regulations have sold their sovereignty for literally nothing.  This is the biggest heist of all time!

According to EurActiv, a ‘new balance of power” is being worked out in Europe.  

(As our Administration seized on the financial crisis to get their welfare state solidified, maybe what we will be looking at is the collapse of America and reunification of Europe.)     GOD HELP US!!!!!

Article II Section 2  “He (the President) shall have power, by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, to make treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur; and he shall nominate and by and with the advice and consent of the Senate, shall appoint ambassadors, other public ministers and consults, judges of Supreme Court and all other officers of the United States, whose appointments are not herein provided for, and which shall be established by law; but the Congress may be law vest the appointment of such inferior officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the courts of law, or in the heads of departments.

 

Interpretation:  All of whom must be vetted and approved for their positions BY THE SENATE.     Enormous overlap is going on involving appointees who give the appearance of superseding the existing Secretaries  but answer directly to President Obama.

If these people who have not been approved by the Senate or occupy positions that have not been ‘established by law’ and are not ‘heads of departments’ exist solely at the pleasure of the President, are we not hip deep in some very muddy waters concerning who is answerable to the Senate or House Committees?

I am of the belief that Obama has methodically gone about creating a shadow government of men and women with undefined powers, but who likely have even more influence with the Oval Office than those who hold office under the mandates of the Constitution.    This smells “fishy” to me.

There are now over 30 “czars”, many with criminal records and they represent a threat to the authority of the Congress and could be utilized in some manufactured ‘crisis’ to take control of the federal government, dispensing with rule of law. Has announced it filed a lawsuit against HUD Sept. 23 seeking the following records:

·        All documents concerning money given to ACORN and/or any of its affiliates since January 2000.

Senate Bill SB-2099   -  amendment to internal revenue act of 1986   Requires citizens to list guns owned on our 2009 1040 federal tax form  You may have to provide fingerprints and a tax of $50  per gun.

This means that the Finance Committee can pass this without the Senate voting on it at all.

An American president in office less than nine months delivered the United States of America over to control of the United Nations today.  In his brutal betrayal, there were no shots fired, insults to his own country from the silver tongue of Barack Obama.

Not since Judas Iscariot sold out the real Messiah for 30 pieces of silver has a betrayal been so piercing to the human heart.      America’s enemies worldwide will be shooting off their guns in celebration today……

Nine months into his presidency Obama has thrown the country that provided him, his wife Michelle and inner circle of friends a charmed life, to the ravening wolves.

For those still dreaming the big dream in technicolor, Obama is the shepherd of global One World Government: “Those who used to chastise America for acting alone in the world cannot now stand by and wait for America to solve the world’s problems alone”,  he said in his first and only address to the U.N. General Assembly.

“Now is the time for all of us to take our share of responsibility for a global response to global challenges.”    “The time has come for the world to move in a new direction,” Obama said before a U.N. chamber packed with more than 100 of his global elite counterparts.

Obama said past policies and a perception of unilateralism by the United States had fed “an almost reflexive anti-Americanism” that too often was used as an excuse for inaction……..

First to follow Obama on the podium was one of his hugest fans, despot Muammar Gaddafi, who led the cheering from the UN bullpen…. Claiming Africans are proud that a “son of Africa” is President of the United States, and even suggested that he would support Mr. Obama in following the common African practice of clinging to power indefinitely.  “We are content and happy if Obama stays forever as President,” Gaddafi said.  (Maybe Gaddafi was closer to the truth than he thought)

The coup d’etat delivered to the UN by Obama this morning is demoralizing to freedom lovers the world over who know he has contributed nothing but misery to American life.

Obama invented himself as an unlikely hero in a book of fairytale dimensions called Dreams of My Father, which tells in part a not very unique story in modern day society:  He was abandoned along with his mother by his father at age 2.     Passing himself off as a saviour of the poor and the black, his own relatives still live in huts with water delivered by donkey.

For all of those who voted for Obama thinking he would ease the poverty of their lives, you have now been rendered a “global citizen” by nothing more than a smooth talking,  power-tripping politician.

America you were badly betrayed by your own president today.  But this is not the time to weep.  It is the time to reclaim your country.    (TIME FOR STATES TO RECLAIM THEIR SOVEREIGNTY)
