If Obama wanted to truly change the way our Legislators were doing business he would not condone usage of any procedure to ‘ram’ through Bills. A very simple measure could cure most of the ills confronting any attempts of BI-Partisanship.

All Obama would have to do was to call a meeting of the Speaker of The House, the Majority Whips of both the House of Representatives, the Minority Leaders of both the House and Senate and the Majority Leader of the Senate. At this meeting Obama could be clear and frank as he stated, “I will not endorse ANY Bill presented unless a 60 percent voted to pass the Bill. In fact, I would VETO any Bill that was presented without a 60 percent majority.”

This would require that both Houses of Congress work as a team to properly represent America’s citizens or admit that both are useless! This would also stop partisanship and instill the absolute need for BI-Partisanship!

The next advise Obama would have to give and be rock-solid about would be letting it be known that NO PORK would be allowed so long as a deficit exists. Not one thin dime! 

If any of the attendees to that meeting failed to acquiesce he/she would necessarily be told that, “This is not a suggestion as this is how things are going to be, as of TODAY.” 

America needs CHANGE but not the change currently being attempted.
