Even Virginia Wolfe Would be afraid of Sarah Palin
By Lisa Richards
July 9, 2009
Governor Sarah Palin did exactly what liberals and dim-witted McCain Republicans wanted: she
resigned. So why can’t the fools, shocked over Palin’s resignation (even though they hoped
she would), stop talking about her, analyzing her, predicting her future only she and God
know, and once again, calling her incapable, inexperienced and unfit to serve in the White
House? Because Sarah Palin is the one conservative who can destroy the Democrat Party, clean
out the Republican Party of phony compassionates and restore the GOP to its once conservative
grandness founded on the abolition movement.
Even Virginia Wolfe would sober up over that fact.
As soon as John McCain announced his running mate was female Alaskan governor Sarah Palin,
liberals, especially feminists long seeking a woman in the White House, lost their minds in
complete apathetical hatred and fear. Why; because Sarah Palin could (and would have had the
media not brainwashed Republicans and bench-warming Christians in both parties into believing
Palin was stupid) win the election for McCain.
Palin is not inexperienced: she was a two-time mayor, sat on the board of a gas company
removing corrupt bosses from power, and became Governor of the largest state, firing
fraudulent politicians in both parties. Compare that to a community organizer who became a no-
show senator when it came time to vote. The no-show without any experience beyond making
friends with questionable people won the vote.
The history-making phenomena is not a black skinned man becoming president, it is the media’s
compulsive obsession with Sarah Palin, whom liberals criticize for being beautiful, too sexy,
ugly, wearing high heeled shoes, stylish clothing, long hair, she’s married to a handsome
husband (Bill Clinton’s married to Hillary. That’s just not fair), and worse: she has five
children, one of whom is unfit to breathe the same air as liberals because he has Down
Syndrome.
Still, one must ask: why are liberals continuously trashing Sarah Palin; she just resigned
from office.
The obsession has turned to predicting Palin’s next move while claiming to know her reasons
for resignation: she might be pregnant again, does she have marriage problems, is her older
daughter and grandchild a hindrance to her career, she’s going after Alaska’s Senate seat,
perhaps she has difficulty raising a “retarded” child.
Conservative pundits have switched to the liberal side declaring Palin ruined her chances for
2012, proving “she can’t handle pressure.” Democratic National Committee spokesman Brad
Woodhouse insists “Either Sarah Palin is leaving the people of Alaska high and dry to pursue
her long shot national political ambitions or she simply can’t handle the job.” Woodhouse
called Palin’s announcement a “pattern of bizarre behavior.”
University of California Santa Cruz professor Geoffrey Dunn, a political analyst writing a
book about Palin, told People Magazine: “This comes as no surprise. Palin clearly was
detached and ineffective as governor since the 2008 presidential campaign. The day-to-day
challenges of running a state simply did not mesh with her skill set or her personality. More
importantly, she couldn’t run for president from Wasilla.”
You can however run for president from an Arkansas whorehouse.
Anti-Palin liberalista Maureen Dowd wrote in her July 4, 2009 New York Times piece: “Caribou
Barbie is one nutty puppy. Usually we don’t find that exquisite battiness in our leaders
until they’ve been battered by sordid scandals like Watergate (Nixon), gnawing problems like
Vietnam (L.B.J.), or scary threats like biological terrorism (Cheney).”
Mostly we find that sort of nuttiness in New York Times columnists.
Dowd’s analysis comes from Vanity Fair reporter Todd Purdum, who, after traveling to Alaska to
interview Palin, claimed Palin has “erratic and egoistic behavior [that] has been a source of
concern for people there.” Purdum claims people he spoke to “…had consulted the definition
of ‘narcissistic personality disorder’ in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental
Disorders, ‘a pervasive pattern of grandiosity (in fantasy or behavior), need for admiration,
and lack of empathy,’ and thought it fit her perfectly.”
Dowd, such a dear, empathetically notes: “The White House can drive its inhabitants loopy. So
at least Sarah Palin is ahead of the curve on that one.”
It does the heart good to know American’s mental healthcare is in the hands of jealous
journalists lacking medical degrees.
Palin was very effective as Alaska’s governor; her opponents were egoists caught red-handed by
Palin who slapped their hands. Republicans and Democrats angry Palin removed corruption from
office decided to change her job from that of governor to defendant.
The scrutinizing counterfeit Socratics have no proof supporting their political psychoanalysis.
Here’s a novel idea: let’s allow Sarah Palin to speak and tell the nation her reasons for
resigning. Oh wait, she did just that and was cut down like tree by liberal and conservative
pundits complaining “Palin made a huge mistake.”
Do they mean the same mistake Ronald Reagan made when he ran against Gerald Ford, lost, and
stepped out of the race, returning years later to win the 1980 election in a landslide?
Palin’s press conference in Wasilla was described by Washington Post staff writers Philip
Rucker and Eli Saslow as a speech “with a combative brand of Alaskan politics…in
characteristic fashion: she stood on her back lawn in Wasilla, speaking into a microphone,
accompanied by friends and neighbors in baseball caps and polo shirts.”
Would the so-called “characteristic fashion” slam at Palin’s out-door press conference be
similar to Senator Patrick Moynihan’s front lawn announcement (surrounded by family and
friends in polo shirts) of Hillary Clinton being his questionable choice for his vacated
senatorial seat?
If the broadcast is made on front lawns in woodsy upstate New York its chic; when press
conferences occur in a place considered dog patch by liberal standards, it’s “folksy” and
characteristic of a hick.
Palin gave straightforward reasons for resigning: 15 ethics charges filed against her and
investigations, all proven false, cost Alaska millions. Palin does not want to continue
putting Alaska through unnecessary and expensive investigations by people out to destroy her
with lies because they dislike like her.
Apparently the media and questioning imbecile pundits cannot understand English unless it is
articulated by someone speaking and responding from a teleprompter or they would not continue
asking why Palin resigned when she offered a full explanation.
Sarah Palin replied to the broo-ha-ha about her press conference and acquiescence with the
best retort: “You know why they’re [the media and pundits] confused? I guess they cannot take
something nowadays at face value.”
Simple English language definition: liberals are dumb hicks incapable of comprehending
anything without panels of pseudo-political Freudian analysts with moth-eaten journalism
degrees.
Palin’s future plans are unknown. To make assumptions about what she will do is ineptness at
its worse. Palin can make up her own mind. Perhaps that is what has the media spitting
angry: Sarah Palin thinks for herself; she does not ask anyone but God what she should do.
Had Americans taken that rout in November 2008, this country would not be stuck with a Marxist
president befriending America’s enemies.

When she accepted the VP nomination, she knew she needed to bring her professional game up to another level, she never did. She knew that her family would get attacked as did Hilary and Chelsea before her (by even her twin maverick brother McCain in 1998), let face it she knew her family affairs would come out. But now she plays the victim card again, a card she played after those comical first extended interviews that we all enjoyed and SNL immortalized. But for the icing on the cake, she quits, because she does not want to be a lame duck governor, because the lawsuits keep coming, because it was the media’s fault, because seeing Russia from her house finally got to her, because its not fair that Alaskan’s paid her salary while she was running for the VP position, take your pick. So what does she tells us? Dear Mr. President, when things get tough, quit. Dear military men and women, if you are not having fun, quit. Dear son or daughter, if things are not going your way, quit. Sure, I agree when she first was introduced and gave a descent speech, sure the polls went up, but after the extended interviews, they went where they ended, down. She showed her true character, I real hope the book deal, Radio/ TV shows and the lecture circuits make up for what her party has lost by her actions. She may go down in history as the quitter that twittered.

She cost McCain the election, her folkyness, accent and winking do not ring true, her intellect is below par (our vivid memory of the last one who delegates and follows because of their lack of intellect), but lets face it with the right type of marketing (vote folky, vote god) it can be sold to US, history tends to repeat itself. God help us!

Benito, I am truly surprised at your ideology. Sarah Palin does not deserve the vitriol of the comediands and Lefties that FEAR HER! I askm are you ‘one of them>’
July 9th, 2009 at 6:56 pm
Paul, you and Benito are ‘birds of a feather.’ Had it not been for Sarah Palin John McCain would have lost be an even higher margin!
It was refreshing to see smiling that was GENUINE, her demeanor outstanding and her positions RIGHT ON for Conservatives. Maybe she will be with Newt Gingrich when they win the White House…Then you may look back on your comment and ask yourself, ‘why was I so stupid.’

Who would you chose to get a surgery from a person who worked hard and received an Ivy League education, or one who does not care about education (especially science) and drifts and somehow manages to get a degree. She showed her true character, by quitting (cut and run) just like her college years. She couldn’t even give a decent exit speech (her railing against the media was sweet until she ask them to go with her on a fishing trip to clarify her rambling). She was right for Alaska (with a population of less than 700,000), and her education matches it (journalism degree from the University of Idaho in 1987). But if you think and anyone who wants to get our country back on track after the fiasco of the last administration with our economy and the fabricated two wars then you along with the republican party are completely lost (are you surprise about the election results?). For the previous eight years we put up with a dullard president, but no more, you may try in 2012 but our eyes are open. I have heard that Republicans lost because God was against them, I can only say look at the candidates the Republican party put forward on their national ticket and don’t make the same mistake again. Mavericks, please, more like flash over substance (she quit and he fumbled) and the majority of voters saw it. We both know that she is cashing out, book deal, a show (Radio/TV), speaking engagements, she will keep her followers (like you) as long as she keeps the possibility open for running in 2012. I feel sorry for you.

Tsk tsk pcu, tk, tsk…The Left tries its best to tear down Sarah Palin only to show their true colors! Bright Yellow! An Ivy League Education proves absolutely nothing! Look at Ted Kennedy! No spine, an alcoholic and a liar. The last Administration was the most lied about and ill spoken of by the same folks that now deride Palin.
If you think that Obama’s SOCIALIZATION of Anmerica is the best course you had better wake up! Your line about God being against the Republicans is a sorry and foolish statement!
I suppose that Bill Clinton had nothing to do with the foreclosure crisis. Neither did Barney Frank or Dodd…Study facts and stop letting others do your thinking for you.
As a Chriastian Pastor I will pray for your enlightenment!

Can you real tell me that you were impressed by her exit speech? You can’t real believe that she is the only person that can win in 2012. You know, if she can’t take a joke, don’t get in the game, its politics, they all get kicked around. I am not a pro at this, for that tune in to those who love to speculate Bill O’Reilly, Sean Hannity, and Glenn Beck. Let me paint you a picture, in my opinion (we will never agree and that’s a good thing), for the last eight years where the mantra was no regulation and no oversight and spread to all federal agencies and the justice department was filled by unqualified religious morons and the dullard religious (ex-drunk) president started two wars of choice with extreme tax dollar spending, well we now find ourselves with our current economic situation because of those choices. Do you remember how Ronald Reagan got us out of a recession? By spending and we will do the same. Oh, by the way I read that God statement at another blog, very funny, it reminds me of those TV evangelists who claim the talk to God and want so and so foreign country leader to be killed or such and such a us state to be punished for a court ruling that intelligent design is just another word for religion. We had enough of religious dullards in our government. If you believe that the USA has strayed from God then go out to your communities and preach to your neighbors, the sick, the shut ins, the poor and invite or take part in your church, build a community. But I know that’s hard work we want a government official to do that for us, well that was tried and look where it left us , in the gutter, but our country does not quit and we will rise again. I’d rather you pray for jobs for your neighbors, the sick, the shut ins, the poor but I get the feeling you want our country to fail because to want the president to fail. Better yet pray for yourself, I think you need peace more that anyone.

Paul. Your words are reflective of a non-thinking Liberal that would deny anyone free thought or even free speech!
Your acusations as to President Bush and his appointees is nothing we have not heard to date. However, look at facts. It was Bill Clinton that THREATENED the banking system if the did not make loans they KNEW would not be repaid! When Republicans moved to stop that it was Barney Frank and Chris Dodd that FROZE THEM OUT!
Right now Barney Frank wants to spend thwe money replaced and repaid by Banks on other GIVE AWAY projects! He is attempting to make banks loosen their loan practice again to make loans thatv will not be repaid! You blame Bush, I know the facts!
If you knew my Christianity you might shakem in your boots. I am not a Bible thumping Evangelist but I am a TRUE Christian and I don’t run around making false accusations against any man. Your portrayal of Christianity is a far cry from the truth!
I too see that America has strayed from God. As a nation we have Obama running around making statements aboutr our NOT being a nation founded on Judeo-Christian principles. His brand os ‘Christianity’ is one that preaches hatred of whiles, a Black Jesus and such BALONEY!
Yes…I want to see Obama fail as he is NOT QUALIFIED to Preside. Not in foreign affairs nor in domestic affairs. His ‘economic fix’ rushed through is a JOKE; sick at that!
I served my time in the military and know what it is like to risk your life for your country. I have done things that would make you pale.
I ask that you refrain from personal attacks and start a little research. Obama wants and end to Conservative radio talk shows. Hense the Fairness Doctrine and its offshoots. Obama wants Labor Unions to prosper, hence the Card ChecK Act. Obama wants Amnesty although 79 percent o0f Americans do not! Obama wants National Healthcare and is lying to promote it! When he says 47 mi9llion uninsred you’d best cringe. The truth is cl=oser to 6 million! Then add another 10 million illegal Aliens…and we are paying for those already. Do some reading and not from KOS or Huffington or any other Liberal sources! There are INDEPENDENT SOURCES or are you to brain washed to see?

“W” sucker the religious right to vote for him and that’s why he placed unqualified people in positions of responsibility and they failed (almost a “plan to fail”), do you forget Katrina, where the Director of FEMA Michael D. Brown, was relieved of his duties because of incompetence? Or can you forget disgraced White House correspondent James Guckert, AKA Jeff Gannon, the male escort, why is he visiting the Whitehouse, hmmm? I know it was Barney Frank’s fault, he controls the county and republicans had their hands tied (even though 7 of the last 8 years they had the majority and the presidency to do something (fact or fiction?), but not the will to act). I do not want you to believe what I believe, so please keep speaking, feel free. Oh, the TV evangelists who claim the talk to God and wants so and so foreign country leader to be killed or such and such a us state to be punished by God for a court ruling that intelligent design is just another word for religion, its all real (one passed away and the other is still on), sorry it upset you, its just facts. But she is just another “W” in heels and she is stringing the religious right along, she will sell you her books, her radio/TV shows and speaking engagements. But you never answered my questions; Can you real tell me that you were impressed by her exit speech (did you even see it or just assume it was great, pray tell)?
July 12th, 2009 at 10:05 am
The usual Liberal ploy. No answer, attack Bush! How utterly foolish. Katrine, the Governor of Louisiana and the Mayor of New Orleans BOTH refuse help and for that Bush is held up for ridicule! Gimme a break!
Then you resort to making claims about anythinmg the Left has brought up time and again and fallen on deaf ears!
Why not THINK FOR YOURSELF! Stop your Liberal ranting and think for yourself. One day you will thnk me IF YOU START THINKING FOR YOURSELF!

yeeeee good one!
