Rep. Charles Rangel (D-N.Y.) likely will introduce his controversial legislation to reinstate the draft again this year, but he will wait until after the economic stimulus package is passed.

Asked if he plans to introduce the legislation again in 2009, Rangel last week said, “Probably … yes. I don’t want to do anything this early to distract from the issue of the economic stimulus.”

Lee ADDS: My daughter is a Liberal and refuses to speak or write to me becuase of my Conservative stances. Her last statement respecting President Bush’s election was, “You watch and see, he will renew the draft and my son will be forced to enter the military.

Sad isn’t it. Sad as a most Liberal Congressmen wants to renew the draft! No Conservative but a Liberal with views of nothing but self interests!
