++ Liberal Media Setting the Stage for Fairness Doctrine

This is precisely the crisis that we’ve been anticipating from the
liberal media. By painting the conservative voice as hate-filled
mongers who must be swept away before America can achieve true unity,
harmony and peace, they hope to move the liberal masses to demand action.

A return of the Fairness Doctrine / “Censorship Doctrine” would do
just that–muzzling Rush, Sean, Mark and others, and embolden the
liberal media and liberal leaders in Congress to push their radical
agenda further down our throats.

Lee S, we can’t allow this to happen.

         We can’t allow the Jack Cafferty’s of the world to silence us.
         We need to challenge them at every turn, letting them
        know that we won’t be bullied, intimidated or swept away…

         That’s how we will defeat this “Censorship Doctrine” and any
         other attempt to silence the conservative voice.

         But we’ll need the MRC Action Team to step up mightily over
         these next two difficult weeks to help rally critical support.

++ 100,000 Petitions Needed By Dec. 31

Despite the liberal media’s dismissal of the Fairness Doctrine, we
believe it will be an important issue early in the New Year. That’s
why we want to have at least 100,000 conservative citizens mobilized
and ready to respond at a moment’s notice.

Right now we are less than 30,000 signatures shy of our goal, but
confident the MRC Action Team can get our message out and rally the
extra support by December 31.
