Has anybody ever seen a United States President or ex-president go to jail during OR after their term?

NEVER to my knowledge!

Can a president or ex-president of the United States ever go to jail or are they untouchable?

There was a prosecution and impeachment of Lincoln ’s successor Johnson -after he (a Democrat) attempted to dismantle all that Lincoln (a Republican) stood for, BUT I am pretty certain there was NO jail time. I know Senate acquitted him (even back then) by one vote for his crimes.

Then there was Nixon who stepped down for his crimes instead of making the country look bad. NO JAIL TIME! I believe he was pardoned.

Then there was Clinton who drug the country through nasty impeachment hearings, refusing to step down for his crimes (most of which were never even prosecuted). He was impeached and yet managed to serve as president the remainder of his term. He got all benefits (financial and security) of an ex-president. NO JAIL TIME!

Senators and Congressmen, on the other hand, while usually going to the nearest country club prison and living better than many free constituents, DO GO TO JAIL.

We have all heard of the Anthony Rezko scandal, where he ripped off taxpayers for over $14 million, partially thanks to bribing certain well-known public officials. Now here’s the question we MUST all start asking:

Is this presidency a GET OUT OF JAIL FREE card for Obama?

Am I the only one who has noticed the PUSH for EARLY VOTING by the liberals in this country in this election? I have never seen so much of a push for early voting in the past.

Is this a coincidence?

OR is it another scam on America- vote for me QUICK, before I go to jail?

Once he gets a voter’s majority, we will see the “You break it- You bought it” policy being the policy of the nation.

Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald could send Barack Obama to prison for his involvement in the Rezko scandals. Is it a shock that he was a late start in this election cycle? Not to me! He decided to run for president around the time that “the Rezko hit the fan”, so to speak. There is even a great deal of speculation that his opposition of the Iraq war was a result of his affiliation with Rezko and connections to an Iraqi billionaire Nadhmi Auchi.

Just as Obama is taking money from evil sources, such as Planned Parenthood today, he did the same when running for Senate. Why do you think he has three times the campaign contributions as McCain, when he makes the claim that McCain caters to the wealthy? Wouldn’t the wealthy protect their money?

Is ‘this’ all a coincidence?

Of all of the claims I have made regarding Obama and his intrinsic lack of decency, one claim I have never made is that he is stupid! This appears to be his most divisive plan ever- use us to avoid prison for his crimes. Things are getting heated in the Rezko case and the MSM is virtually ignoring Rezko and Obama’s “alleged” part in the whole thing. Obama backed Alexi Giannoulias, the State Treasurer of Illinois is about to go down. He will likely go to jail, since he’s NOT the POTUS.

Thanks to voters who don’t care what kind of “change” we have, just so they get their way, we may have another criminal prosecution putting another black mark on America in the eyes of the world. BUT he won’t go to prison! Not as POTUS. At worst he will drag our nation through the mud and (maybe?) be “impeached” like Clinton –receiving the FULL benefits of an American president, all the while turning America into the USSA. We are allowing those with less and less morality to infiltrate the oval office. I understand why black Americans want a black person in the white house. BUT- do black people think a person like this becoming president will actually advance their race and race relations in this country?

He’s already scammed us once with a falsified birth certificate. He’s not even likely an American; not even an anchor baby. No wonder he’s so lenient on immigration! He was most likely born in Muslim-run Kenya to a Muslim father and brought up a Muslim. I can see why he’d want to hide that, since the radical Muslims have recently been trying to destroy us all.

Now I am watching America lock-step and vote for Obama like a bunch of poorly programmed robots, singing the song of the scarecrow. We are becoming much like Germany just over 5 decades ago. This time the innocent being murdered by the millions aren’t born. However, that is bound to progress just like it did in Germany .

Soon the people of America will be Obama’s next scam. I’m starting to wonder if they are even smart enough to see it WHEN it happens
