NEWS WORTHY…Support President Bush

BUSH BASHING

By: Lee S Gliddon Jr

It appears as if bashing President Bush has not lightened up one iota. In fact, there seems to be an almost hysterical rise in the attempts to slander a great man.

The American military located an estimated 500 bombs that were of biological weaponry. They also located over 550 metric tons of yellow cake uranium, the very substance Valarie Phlame’s husband denied Saddam ever seeking.

What about the Al Qaeda training camps discovered just south of Baghdad? There was even a airplane body used to train hijackers. What about the city in northern Iraq that was Al Qaeda’s stronghold to develop ricin weaponry?

Oh, I get it. Because the Main Stream Media failed to tell the American public about these truths apparently they don’t exist! AP, UPI and Reuters reported stories that detailed each of these findings but someone or some people in the Media ’spiked’ these reports and determined they they were not newsworthy.

Then there were those that screamed, “It’s all about the oil.” Well, where is the oil going? I hear about production and sales and future development but nothing else. Did someone get oil noone else heard about?

President Bush is a man of honesty and integrity. Without a doubt there are many Americans that owe him some heartfelt apologies but I will not hold my breath to hear or read them. I already hear, “Don’t confuse me with the facts, my mind is already made up.”

This letter was sent to my local newpaper as I continue to read more and more articles naming President Bush as some foul names and actions attributed to him that I know to be untrue. The Liberals amongst us are shameless in their relentlass attacks and I am willing to take them on. The question is, are you?

  1. Goldwater Says:

President Bush is a great man. You only have to watch Obama shift and change his positions to see a lack of character, unlike President Bush who was committed to liberating both Afghanistan and Iraq from dictatorships. It never ceases to amaze me that people on the left say John Lennon was a great man because he gave people hope through his music, but they do nothing but tear down President Bush a man who actually liberated 50 million people from tyranny. Sean Penn couldn’t even help 1 person into his boat after Katrina and he is a hero, but once again Bush is evil after freeing 50 million - crazy.
