The Democrats actually believe that they have an ideal solution to the price crisis at the pump! Their solution is amazing and so simple to them they cannot believe their political opponents will not go along with their wishes.

Plan 1.  Tax BIG Oil. They are making too much money and should be sur-taxed on their excessive profits.

Plan 2. Sue OPEC. They too are price gouging! Sue them for billions and make them pay!

Plan 3. Give BILLIONS of dollars to rapid transit so Americans can ride the buses and trains. Forget the fact that we already have cars. We should ride on buses and trains and forget our cars entirely.

Now, these are the IDEAL solutions the Democrats have to solve our price woes at the pump.  

Now, let’s poke a few holes in their solutions.

Plans 1 and 2. Big Oil as well as OPEC will pass on any costs to them to us, the consumers!

Plan 3. It is our tax dollars they want to use to deny us the use of our cars and trucks.  Ergo, we should pay higher prices at the pump and pay higher taxes to allow rapid transit to provide us will transportation we must pay fares for as well.

We are paying millions to these clowns for solutions and this is the best they can come up with?
