Ask yourself a question and then give me an honest opinion.

When did a RELIGIOUS RITE become something for the Courts of our land to intervene in?

Marriage Licenses came to be ONLY to allow states to collect fees for the issuance of a Marriage License. The fee collected was to pay for the tracking of marriages to ensure no DUPLICATE Licenses were issued!

Our Constitution prohibits the Court or anyone to intervene on a RELIGIOUS RITE! Marriage is such a RITE! To confuse e Right with a RITE is not to be taken lightly!
