I watched as Oprah ‘put on the dog,’ as she used her best Southern accent to address a South Carolina gathering for Barrak Obama. She pulled out all the strings as she used Martin Luther King’s legacy as reason to supoort Obama.

So, support Obama just because he is African American! How naive and how inane. How else are we to take it?

Then I watched as Hillary supporters voiced their support as they said, “If ever there was a time to support your gender, it is now!”

Support a woman simply because she is a woman! Again, how naive and how utterly inane!

The office of the President of the United States of America is far too important to be filled by a person because of his/her racial heritage or sex! Any person that votes for a candidate for such a shallow reason apparently has no idea as to the seriousness of the office and should not be allowed to participate until he/she knows it.

It is neither a Republican or Democrat view being voiced; it is the view of a concerned citizen.
