Teddy Boy Kennedy whines foul after learning of destruction of tapes showing interrogations of senior terrorists. Never mind that lives were saved as Kennedy would apparently allow Americans to die just to allow him to say, “I protect our enemies, both foreign and domestic.”

Although the Congressional Committee of Oversights were advised, in 2005, of the intent to destroy the subject tapes, they did nothing. The tapes were held as the 9/11 Advisory Committee conducted its investigation and when they were not sought after, it is possible that they were destroyed. I say possbily as no one is saying who, when or where the tapes were destroyed.

It is indicated that the Congressional Committee of Oversights is now denying the fact that they were notified. If any records are kept respecting what that Oversight Committee was advised on make that public and we will all know who knew what and when! How convenient of them to say, “no one told me.”

The outrage expressed by Kennedy is just more of his postureing just as he postured about Abu Grahib events. It is presumed that no thought has been given (by Kennedy) the necessity of keeping secret the identities of CIA interrogators from the world. Suffice it to say, Kennedy would destroy any man alive to further the hatred of a single Republican. The ‘proof is in the pudding.’
